With over 16 years of expertise, Paulsen Mainza Chobe is an experienced Immigration Consultant and Administrative Specialist, skilled in protocol management and stakeholder coordination.
He has a strong background in supporting diplomatic engagements and intergovernmental operations.
His work focuses on ensuring smooth administrative processes and effective collaboration with government and international partners.ational and institutional engagements.
Their professional strengths span liaison and host-country coordination, protocol facilitation, mission planning, logistics and travel management, project and programme administration, human rights advocacy, and high-level stakeholder engagement.
They have worked closely with government ministries, African Union organs, United Nations agencies, and development partners, consistently strengthening institutional relationships, ensuring compliance with diplomatic standards, and enhancing operational efficiency in fast-paced, multicultural environments.
The Director holds advanced qualifications and is pursuing an LLB, bringing strong expertise in governance, diplomacy, and human rights.
